The almost certainly low quality meat being imported (countries aren't going to export their good stuff to Donnie), likely isn't even going to end up in your local grocery stores as steaks or ground beef. It will be used in other areas of industry with massive orders. Think filler for frozen dinner meatballs, etc. where the raw quality isn't a priority.
