So, do you feed it all the information about the history and mission of the company, along with the current financials and the relevant societal and industry trends, as well as the information necessary to understand company personnel relationships and the rivalry/cooperation with other local businesses?

Or do you take it on like a Boss's Nephew who knows nothing and thinks he's a Titan of Industry?

    Yes and then you give it all of the top-level credentials, access to all the company's proprietary information, and all of the bank accounts and company credit cards.

    Nothing could possibly go wrong.
