After more than a year of getting the cold shoulder from Canada, the American booze industry is feeling the heat. Exports of booze from the US to Canada were less than half in 2025 than they were a year earlier.

Canadian Rye is some of the best whisky out there. Between Scottish, Irish and Canadian whisk(e)y I really don't need anything American.

    I tend to only get Scottish and Japanese. Never had a good American one, but will try find something Canadian.
