You don't want to sell your digital only item or maintain it's platform anymore? At this point for many many games, people whobare pirating and emulating games are really preserving them. Like there's a tons of games where I have no "legal" way to acquire and play without having to either get really really lucky at various second hand markets and stuff or just emulate.
