Suggested serving sizes have never been realistic. Manipulated by the manufacturer to make us think the food is lower in calories than it actually is.

In reality we all serve ourselves a fifth of a jar. List THOSE calories on the label please.

    Peanut butter typically has a serving size of one or two tablespoons. That's entirely reasonable.

    Just used a tablespoon of peanut butter right now. Pretty sure I've never used more than two unless I'm making a recipe for multiple people.
