I prefer countries that don't tip and just pay their employees a reasonable wage. Also when did the tip jump from 15% customary to 25% to 35% minimum? Anyways they're right, vote with your dollars to not be a customer of establishments abusing the tip system to pay their employees slave wages. Maybe last note, as far as I'm aware if tips don't make up the difference the employer is legally inclined to pay their staff at least minimum wage in most places.
