Might end up being a party switch sort of thing, where the Liberal party will lose power and the DSA will replace them as one of the two neoliberal capitalist parties. The liberal "just vote!" worked as a way to vent pent up frustration of the working class for decades, but it is working less and less when the two major parties are increasingly identical and ghoulish. It's possible they might try and have a vaguely "left wing" party replace the democrats to redirect the working class back into the "just vote" trap again.
