I got a trial shift as a kitchenhand simply because I was the only person to respond to the a line in the listing which said 'experience being baffled is strongly regarded'. It was a really popular place too

(I mean, in addition to the other stuff like responding about experience/availability. I ended up absolutely fucking up the trial, and then I got a job with a corporate/private caterer)
