    You don't understand one simple sentence and the problem is my reading comprehension.

    I shouldn't be surprised, when you don't understand the secret police are grabbing people off court steps and sending them to secret prisons and then random foreign countries, but you still think whining about "the establishment" would excuse a protest vote or nonparticipation.
