I'm quite aware of the definition found in dictionaries. And yes, I do propaganda based on this definition. But let's not go too much into definitions. Rather I would like you to point out some of my comments that do propagate what you call good and bad propaganda. I would very much appreciate you doing this. Not to shame or debate you but rather to reflect as you suggest and get a better understanding of what you consider good and bad.
