Found on trans friendly sub, didn't expect out and out misogyny. In the comments lots of people saying "its a joke" but no one willing to explain what the joke is, if not "haha sexism".
A manager where I was working only got like 4 or 6 weeks leave when his wife gave birth prematurely, that is not enough time for paternity leave period let alone after something like that! And then right back in to the daily grind. And I bet many USians don't even get that.
