Its also like already mostly vegan just swap for vegan sosi and remove bacon and you got urself a vegan breakfast of champions and eggs are bad in all forms so i forget they were even part of it.

I've heard English bacon is different, so I'm assuming subbing some tempeh or carrot bacon wouldn't quite work, right?

    It's not always smoked, and is often back bacon instead of what they call "streaky bacon". But they have streaky bacon too. It's still salty cured pig meat; there's only so much variety you can get with that.

    The English type is from a different part of the pig and has less fat content, it's also not always cured or smoked. The US product called Canadian bacon or ham is closer.

    I'm not really into "meat substitutes" so I'm not sure exactly what you'd use, but I think I've seen round vegetarian bacon at the store that's clearly trying to replicate the peameal bacon that's popular in Ontario, rather than US style bacon.
