Except we were seeing the exact same sentiments from trump voters in 2018.

Trump voters are literally the scorpion in that stupid parabale where everyone drowns.

I have yet to meet one that wasn't. Any demographic large enough will have outliers, but bulk of trump voters are bigoted assholes who want nothing but to harm other people for being different.
