This unit got sent in with a warrant, after the person of interest didn't show up for parole check.

After the accident, it was determined that the person of interest wasn't there, but still he turned himself in anyway.

..and ?? People can certainly enjoy violent ACABS get hurt !! What they did at the moment doesn't make any difference..
