Older folks sure need technical help when it's something they don't want to figure out and can get you to deal with for them or get around not knowing, but when it comes to being Karens or practicing really bad "netiquette", magically it's easy for them... I'm lucky, my dad's pretty tech savvy, and my mum is embarrassed to ask people for tech help and usually tries him first, and I have a far more extroverted kid brother all the extended family ask for anything first. So I don't have to provide IT services to aging relatives.
