TLDR: it's a spec bump for the processor and RAM. One question I personally had is does that mean the motherboard is backward compatible with the og FP6?

had the fairphone 4 and the biggest issue i had with it was how absolutely terrible the camera is

    How long ago did you have it? I still have it, ans The camera was absolute trash out of the box, but they improved the firmware at a later point. Now it's... "Fine I guess".

    Won't impress anybody, it just... Gets the job done.

    I had it 2 year ago or so (still have it tbf) and i installed gcam to double check that it wasn't just the software. it's just really really bad. with gcam or other camera apps, instead of being really bad, it became just bad AND slow
