Torrent with a vpn on like you would do anywhere else. I use qbittorrent. If you download a repack, it's pretty easy to install it with lutris. Fitgirl repacks want to install on S:\ by default which is how proton sees your linux filesystem, just tell them to install on C:\ to keep them contained in the fake little windows filesystem proton makes for them to live in.
