That's not any kind of objective measure. An objective measure would be something like a doorknob, which is almost always at the same height

Not really that uncommon if you are trying to create more open space in a room. It's also not very uncommon in Asian households.

I have never in my life heard of someone trying to "create more open space" using short furniture.

Her audition sheet says shes 5'6",

And no man or woman has ever misrepresented their height.

she's wearing 3-3.5"

Again with the assumptions.
