AND safer to leave the US for gender affirming care and perhaps even medication?

Im not trans but I would imagine it would be kinda scary for those who don't travel often to have to deal with medical treatment in a country they're not familiar with, and also the repeated trips in and out increase the odds of customs/transit gestapo interactions which, i would imagine, would cause a lot of anxiety especially now as states are doing various fucked up things to crack down on trans people existing

It might still be worth pursuing for some people, i just get why it would be just as daunting as simply staying here
