Even without, employers if unregulated may see any longterm treatment that takes you out of work as a liability purely for the costs to keep them on payroll.

Unionization or worker-owned corporations could overcome this. Ideally both, at the same time.

I want to create a system where the unregulated state of affairs naturally tends toward ethical behavior. That would be nice. But I also want regulation.
