Psh, that's high-balling it. If the dealer gets anything more than breaking even in this situation, the buyer messed up.
The dealer dismissed an offer of 2 grand off the first time. You need to show him that next time you won't be so generous. Teach those snakes to be open to bargaining again, or they'll only continue to raise prices year after year.
You are naive if you think a dealer ever loses on a car sale. If you think you got a deal, 100% you got fucked with a bad car.
I never said anything of the sort. I'm not sure where you got that I did. I simply told the other commenter to play hardball.
