Those are closer to 40000 cc in that photo.
In the US, silicone and saline implants top out at about 750cc - 800cc. Afaik most plastic surgeons in the US won't place an implant larger than that, although some will overfill a saline implant to over 1000cc.
An 800cc implant is large on any body frame 6ft tall and under.
