i mean, that's how they would have pronounced it back then, I don't like him I just want to be accurate

    That is technically correct (the best kind of correct!)

    However, English is on the western (and time) side of the C/K split, so it's "see-zar".

    I'm curious how it's pronounced in Italian today, being the language closest to Latin.
