Researchers believe the association between navigation-heavy work and lower Alzheimer’s risk centers on the hippocampus, a part of the brain that governs memory and spatial navigation. It’s one of the first brain regions that Alzheimer’s damages: Problems with spatial navigation and orientation are among the earliest signs of the disease, sometimes surfacing before obvious memory loss.

Saaaaaammmme. I like how Ghost of Tsushima has in world environmental cues to find collectibles so you can still find them without having all the marks on the map, not sure if you can turn off your own location on the map but I love when games do that too. I really liked the realistic world map mod for Skyrim along with another mod that adds loads of road signs.

    Oh I gotta try that on Skyrim when the unavoidable urge to redownload and mod it to hell and back arises again October, I don't know why it happens in October, but it's like that every years like clockwork.
