Northern Ireland's recent pogroms were catalysed by a conspicuous pattern of this type of reporting. If you are not aware, your history of posts seem to aggregate in that same pattern.

OP is an infamous ban evader, they just spam post a bunch of articles from (mostly, but not exclusively) the Guardian, so I doubt this is OP's agenda. The more concerning thing is the media, the BBC news homepage had 2 stories about this (and there were 3 this morning).

The orginal Manchester Guardian (set up by wealthy mill owners) was seen as a force for dissipating leftwing sentiment, established after the police shutdown the actually radical Manchester Observer.

Since their offices got raided for publishing the Snowden files the heads of the paper have been cosying up to British Intelligence.

The current Guardian is a broad tent centrist paper. It is as likely to publish race baiting pieces , as corporate wokeness pieces, and instrumentalised western hegemony steering pieces.

This poster can curate Guardian pieces to foment race hatred while hiding behind the imagined decency the paper has. I leave it to other readers to make their own mind up.

OP is French and has a vested interest in the downfall of the UK.

General community for news/discussion in the UK.

Less serious posts should go in !casualuk@feddit.uk or !andfinally@feddit.uk
More serious politics should go in !uk_politics@feddit.uk.

Try not to spam the same link to multiple feddit.uk communities.
Pick the most appropriate, and put it there.

Posts should be related to UK-centric news, and should be either a link to a reputable source, or a text post on this community.

Opinion pieces are also allowed, provided they are not misleading/misrepresented/drivel, and have proper sources.

If you think "reputable news source" needs some definition, by all means start a meta thread.

Posts should be manually submitted, not by bot. Link titles should not be editorialised.

Disappointing comments will generally be left to fester in ratio, outright horrible comments will be removed.
Message the mods if you feel something really should be removed, or if a user seems to have a pattern of awful comments.
