Imagine a cool USA that loaded up a bunch of Aircraft Carriers with huge amounts of solar panels to donate in a mass wave?

I really hope I get to visit Cuba someday, though I would understand if I wasn't welcome given how cruel my government has been for absolutely no good reason, especially after the end of the Soviet Union and any actual threat from Cuba.
