That was always the point since those terrorism laws were passed. Any inconvenience can be articulated under that excuse and you can easily remove anyone by the same claims.

Pretty much. The state has a monopoly on violence. They can threaten you, and use force, as much as they want. If you do the same, and they don't like it, that's terrorism.
It could be protected hyperbole, would depend on the jury I imagine https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/True_threat
