What's the point. Its still an american company building it won't create any long term jobs. And America laws still apply to all data in it.

    It will create some long term jobs, while it's not like an office with hundreds of people inside of every day it it still requires significant physical upkeep and management.

    It's not like there's a lack of space in the area and this will take away from higher density offices.
