I thought it was a joke about the evolution of the $20 bill. That bill had to be printed pre-98'
the headline said it was.
The whole thing is a joke. It's not a real article.
....ok? But the joke isn't funny if you look at it and ask, "What the hell are you talking about?"
I guarantee that the people who would find it the most humorous had no problem understanding it.
