    I didn't see any explosives. If the guy did anything, it was likely just intelligence. But that's just speculation, of course.

    No, I'm just demonstrating that Ukraine has put Russia on edge lately, unsure of what is or isn't military vs civilian.

    He could be and likely is just a hobbyist; but Ukraine has demonstrated just how quickly hobby gear can become a military asset.

    Suddenly everything Russia sees in the sky - even what was clearly hobby gear - makes them think 'is that Ukraine?'
