If you tie the availability of housing to whatever language someone speaks instead of something tangible related to the respective person, it's racism.

I used Google Lens to translate the bottom text. Do you think that if i would go in there using my phone to translate i would get a room for the night?

    Not being able to communicate, participate, doesn't help either side. Buying a house, without being able to communicate is on its way to forming and insular community and not simply being denied service that is otherwise open to the public.

    But this sign is for a restaurant, not for buying property. This is simply racism because they don't want anyone outside of their cultural circle intruding..
