10 years ago you had a like 90% chance of blowing your hand off I think. (I'm exaggerating) I imagin now its far less. Shit I bet this guy gets JCL3DP and Prusa sponserships.

    The printed parts of the guns are the frame or receiver which undergoes very little stress. The pressure bearing operating parts are all metal. This is a legal loophole in the USA because that part is the legal firearm rather than the barrel/bolt/slide. Several states have heavily restricted any and all firearms parts because of this.

    Commercial 3D printing companies are working with state actors in the USA to implement surveillance of their machines to prevent manufacturing weapons. Several states have criminalized hosting or receiving files that can be used to create firearms and even general information about firearms.
