The US state department has launched a plan to “disable” and “dismantle” the International Criminal Court (ICC), which includes pressuring other countries to join in and threatening to cut US assistance for those that don’t.

When was americans presidents hold accountable for any crimes? Most of them should have rot in jail for their rest of their lives
