What would a lawsuit even do? Would it jail him? Probably not. Are they going to fine him? Even if they did that it would be negligible.

    Injunction to stop it until the sc rules on it and since he's been a twat to them as well lately he's not likely to succeed in court even if his argument to continue the war wasn't glaringly idiotic.
