It's the Western European white supremacist Christian patriarchy. That's the empire. They can make up all the fancy names of cities, and states, and draw borders and make believe all they want. It's the same empire.
I would for the most part agree with that. I think you could argue that after "the end of history" in the 90s, you could claim that nations with a white majority in general conglomerated to form an empire for the White Christian patriarchy.

I was moreso talking about the need to differentiate between the motivations and actions of the Soviet union and the west after WW1 and up until their disillusion in the 90s.
