today i learned that loops video is still around, and it actually has some good content.

    Is still around? It launched less than a year ago, and just dropped apps for iOS and Android.

    But yeah hopefully it grows more as I love to see federated platforms take root.

    I still haven't found how to mine it for good videos. So far I mostly get really random, low quality crap. Any tips?

    I mean, the content I’ve seen on there isn’t super interesting to me, but I’m also not really a fan of the TikTok / YouTube Shorts medium where you just swipe through videos. I really just use it as an alternative to catbox.moe and sort of to just support a fedi platform. But it seems like it mostly relies on hashtags to find anything.

    So I may not be the best one to answer that.
