Why would I be posting any world leaders on a science memes community?
maybe because the current US admin has disrupted almost $30 billion in grants to scientific agencies. and that's just in the US. Imagine what the losses are in places like UK, Italy, Africa, Australia, etc where similar ideologies are being implemented.
maybe some researchers that lost their jobs or projects because they were part of the 2000 NSF grant suspensions feel slightly better when they see a post comparing Trump to a bloated rotting corpse butthole.
maybe it makes them feel not alone?
IDK, just throwing out some theories.
why can't you just ignore the post and move on?
