Not all things have wheels but most things have a door type entry way

Wheels are used all over the place. Not just on vehicles. Sliding doors, drawers, vehicles have wheels inside of them for belts, lots of machinery uses wheels. Wheels are essentially the best way to move stuff linearly, so they have a lot more applications than doors.
