I mean falling in that posture from that height is evidence to me to assume a serious injury until shown otherwise. The other commenter posted an article showing that he made it out without major injuries so it's fine, but I would rather play it safe until that info is available
As per other post the guy wasnt seriously harmed. If he would have died I think a content warning would be warranted but the person in question is physically fine so I really dont think a content warning is needed.
