    Just their eyes, noses, tongues, hands, and feet. Let them keep their ears so they can hear the disgust and disdain that people have for them when they're reduced to begging in the same streets where they paved over the hopes and dreams of the poor.

    They need to lose their fingernails, one by one, then eyelids, then tongue, then ears, then nose, then eyes.

    They're ghouls on the inside, this is just .... soul-type affirming care, or something like that.
