The moral outrage is just that. Morally aligned. A company without morals gives zero fucks about moral outrage.

We need a capitalism outrage for this to matter.

then those idiots get what they deserve. i wish i could boycot harder but i havent bought a console or console game in a decade, and likely never will again the way things are going.

I think people cared less about Nintendo's case because they allow 3rd parties to make physical games that are just a digital key, but they won't release any first party games that way. (Not exactly convinced they won't eventually change this policy, but that's what it is right now)
