To me it seems like its saying 'here the extra's you get with premium' so I'm not convinced by this alone that all aesthetic customisation is going to be paywalled imo I think there'll be the usual hairdressers and clothes shops in f2p, then there'll be a few 'premium' cuts/clothes etc only available at these locations to the paypigs
'go change your haircut/clothes' traditionally being one of the first missions in GTA games, the backlash would be great if there was zero customisation of the base characters available to people who 'only' buy the base game
of course I could be wrong, god knows studios have learned pandering to whales is more profitable than making the base game as good as possible to attract more buyers, I just don't think this by itself is evidence all customisation will be paywalled as many seem to be assuming
There's a lot of shit already in the ultimate edition and if they follow what they are already doing with GTA Online, they will keep releasing more paid shit trough out the game's life. Down the line you will have tons of paid shit and only a few in the actual game and is extremely probable that what is included in game is ugly as fuck compared to the paid shit like GTA Online, in 3-4 years they can release an GOTY/remaster bullshit version with almost all the exclusive shit that will cost $100-$120.
