Sure, if they want to or not there isn't much choice with such density. The choice is a perk of suburban living.
interaction with other human beings is healthy for almost everybody, that has been scientifically proven multiple times. Now I understand having interaction is not the same as not being lonely. But you still get some level of connectedness and a much higher likelihood of forming more meaningful bonds over time
