Which part of the genocide convention can be used to say Iran and hamas are responsible for the genocide that Israel is comiting with the usa and the west weapons and money?

In the present Convention, genocide means any of the following acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group, as such:

(a) Killing members of the group;
(b) Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group;
(c) Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part;
(d) Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group;
(e) Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group.

Article III

The following acts shall be punishable:

(a) Genocide;
(b) Conspiracy to commit genocide; ​
(c) Direct and public incitement to commit genocide;
(d) Attempt to commit genocide;
(e) Complicity in genocide.

On 7 October 2023, the al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Palestinian nationalist Islamist political organization Hamas, initiated a sudden attack on Israel from the Gaza Strip. As part of the attack, 378 people (344 civilians and 34 security personnel) were killed and many more wounded at the Supernova Sukkot Gathering, an open-air music festival during the Jewish holiday of Shemini Atzeret near kibbutz Re'im. Hamas also took 44 people hostage, and men and women were reportedly subject to sexual and gender-based violence. Some 20 of the attackers were also killed by Israeli security forces in the area of the festival.

Now obviously the Israelis are in the wrong for literal genocide but if you think for a single fucking second that Iran, who acted as a proxy for Chinese and Russian weapons to reach Hamas' hands, get to walk away scot free then you're an idiot.

Again what art of the genocide convention prove iran complicity with the genocide in Gaza?

Do you condemn the west sending weapons to israel for decades to maintain settler colonialism and killing kids and other palestinian for 78 goddamn year. Should the west be held accountable in the same way as Iran?

But but hamas is bad, they made us commit genocide against Palestine, we had no choice but to restrict water, food and medical supplies while bombing children because Hamas... Iran is actually at fault too you know.

Fuck off with this whataboutism. Israel is evil and pointing to Iran serves no purpose but to muddy the waters in Israel's favour.
