and return to prewar status quo

It ensures the strait is open to 60 days only, after that it's up to what Iran negotiates locally;

It ends any kind of sanctions the US applies into Iran;

It sets no actual constraint in Iran's uranium enrichment, except for them not making nuclear weapons;

It unfreezes the Iranian international assets (none of which are included in those $300G).

That's a very different situation from the prewar one...

It would have been pretty awesome if iran put that into the deal.
