Colossal scumbags. Unfortunately, there are a lot of secret authoritarians and conformists in our midst anywhere, it's unavoidable in any group that values a visually similar aesthetic as a way of signaling belonging, this absolutely goes for non-conformist and punk circles too whether we like it or not.
