nice! recently acquired a T480 myself, for super cheap. was able to use the ram from my old laptop to bump it up to 32g. running nixos, its great.
the charging port gave out though - maybe that's why it was so cheap. but, turns out you can use the usb port next to it to charge the laptop too. only bummer is both of those are soldered on the board.
