Rules:

Comics must come from actual comic books. No AI or Photoshops.
Single panels are preferred.
Comics should be unintentionally funny. Spider-man cracking wise is not what this is about.
Don't be a dick.

Has he? It's hard to see, but it kinda looks like his right arm is hanging down. It's pretty clear his left hand is gripping the guy's collar.

The artist makes it pretty clear in the panel that comes before this one. You can see Death's fingers entering the man's abdomen.
