I think technically you can get that perk by level 3 depending on which class you choose. Though more realistically, it would probably be more like level 10 because you need to pick something like 50 locks to be able to unlock those perks.

Yeah it’s a mini game, but it’s not hard. You need to be rank 4 in a perk also. But you can get there within a few hours. This isn’t a suit you’re only supposed to have in the endgame
