How many more do we need thinking about it until that reaches a catalyzing point?

My bet's on the US guttering to an ember (or, the opposite extreme, which is similar levels of bad) before we get anywhere near "revolution".

From what I understand it's about ~~10 or 11%~~ 3.5 percent of a population before major societal upheaval will start. I may be slightly off on that number, though close to it.
My bad, was fairly off the mark.
